OGV quality is a little sub par, I will work on cleaning that up and making it a little crisper. :)

The white text on the white backround is very hard to read great show though.

Newcastle beer is good. They need to make some of it in the USA so it doesnt need to get imported.

I am watching the ogv video in my Miro player and it is saying the podcast is 300minutes long.

I know if other great games were also supported in Linux a bunch of my friends would give Linux a shot.

And as far as that poll goes I hope it only takes 5 more years but I think I will take more time.

@ Shane Fagan – Not sure why when encoding OGV it does weird things to the overlays. Should have been black text on everything. Sorry about that, I’ll make sure to pay better attention to that. Thanks for the great feedback!

nick on July 26, 2009 at 21:52

@me,

We are no longer supporting audio formats.

Micah on July 27, 2009 at 22:15

MP3 was how I got my fix driving to work – Hope you reconsider supporting audio.

trampster on July 28, 2009 at 3:34

Please reconsider supporting audio I don’t want to expended the bandwidth downloading something in video when I will not be viewing it.

Hey there,

I’m looking for the song you used at the end of your last Podcast (#31); the refrain was sayin’ “Hostage Down” and it was an anthem to counter strike (the song was playing during the Left4Dead video at the end); could you please send me either the link to download the song, or the video, or at least the title of the song (or the video if you don’t have the song’s title), please?

kthx bye,

Bloxorz

@Bloxorz

The name of the song is called “Hostage Down” From Dual Core’s first album. You can check it out here:

Before anyone asks, yes, we have exclusive permission to use all their music. :)

I shot some video of them live when we were at South Eastern Linux Fest:

I know it must be real fun to do the video podcasts, but for someone who listens to your podcast in the car…. Why are there no more audio podcasts?
Keep up the good work.
